Fabio is member of Milan’s Bar Association since 1989 and he’s authorised to practice before superior jurisdictions since 2001.
He was partner in Italian multidisciplinary law firms, among which Avvocati & Commercialisti Associati – Sinacta, now LS, in which he leads the Crime Department.
Fabio acts as a lawyer for defendants, civil aggrieved parties or civil liable parties in the White Collar Crimes sector, with specific reference to Corporate and Bankruptcy Crimes, Banking and Financial Crimes (market abuse, usury, etc.), Employment related Crimes (Health and Safety, social contribution evasion, etc.), Commercial Frauds, Tax Crimes and Public Administration Crimes (corruption, etc.). Within those matters he also assisted entrepreneurs charged for conspiracy or involved in preventative measures proceedings. With reference to Legislative Decree 231/2001 he assisted national and international companies charged for corporate criminal liabilty.
He is a scuba diving instructor.
